When I try to logon to MB Trading, I get a window pop up that says " Bcdown has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Can you please see what's wrong and try to reply asap, as I notified your company about this problem, several months ago and not one person replied.

Here is the error message I recieve:

Bcdown - Error Signature: AppName: provider.exe AppVer: 3.2.0.0 ModName: mbtorders.dll
ModVer: 11.3.0.4 Offset: 00048655
